Binding Target Neuraminidase protein
Mechanism This compound showed a NA inhibitory activity with Ki of 0.29 mM, and it was demonstrated to directly bind to free enzymes. The cytopathic effect reduction assay showed that the peptide P protected MDCK cells from viral infection and reduced viral production in a dose-dependent manner with an EC50 value of 471 ± 12 μg/mL against PR8 (H1N1)
