Mechanism   The PB1-0 peptide has given excellent results in blocking the PA-PB1 interaction, in particular in the C-terminal domain of the PR8 (H1N1). The same results were confirmed by surface plasmon resonance (SPR) experiments. PB1-10 was obtained with the elimination of some amino acids from the N-terminus and C-terminus. With the addition of two substituents, the authors reached PB1-11, which proved to be the most active of all
