Meanwhile, the monoclonal antibody for resisting the African swine fever virus pD205R protein provided by the invention can specifically recognize and combine with the epitope, and can be used for preparing medicines for preventing and/or treating African swine fever virus infection and reagents for detecting and/or diagnosing African swine fever virus infection. And a new thought is provided for vaccine development and serological diagnosis method establishment.
