  • [Ref.27795421]West Nile virus(WNV):IL17A promotes CD8+ T cell cytotoxicity to facilitate west nile virus clearance.

Structure Information

PDB ID  None

Predicted Structure Download  AF-Q62386-F1

';

Modification  ①Glycosylation of Asn at position 71.②There are two disulfide bonds between Cys97 and Cys147, Cys102 and Cys149.

Comment

Viperin contains an N-terminal amphipathic α-helix that localizes to the cytosolic face of the ER and inhibits bulk protein secretion (22), which could impact virus production directly or indirectly. Viperin also inhibits farnesyl diphosphate synthetase, a cholesterol and isoprenoid biosynthesis enzyme, resulting in the inhibition of lipid raft formation and influenza virus budding
